To open Saturday Night Live’s 2022-23 Season, Kendrick Lamar graced the stage to perform three songs from his latest Grammy award-winning album. Mike was commissioned to design and provide creative direction for the performance, featuring clever shadow play, moving walls, and old theater tricks to help execute the visual language continued from The Big Steppers Tour.
